1. Trace Ellis Ross
The evening’s host and actress Trace Ellis Ross wore a dark maroon sequined Stella McCartney gown paired perfectly with Tamara Mellon shoes.
2. Selena Gomez
The pop artist showed up in a black zipper-flecked leather jacket- inspired minidress by Coach and jewelry by Roberto Coin. The dress hugged her figure perfectly and the outfit screams of her new brave attitude. I’m also so into her new blonde with dark roots hairdo!
3. Demi Lovato
Undeniably another crowd favorite, Demi Lovato strut her stuff in a body-con Ester Abner gown she paired with a stylish Stuart Weitzman bag and Gismondi jewelry.
4. Madeleine Petsch
Look here, Riverdale fans! Madeleine Petsch was absolutely stunning in her black sheer midi-length gown embellished with feathers and fine lace details.
5. Diana Ross
If her daughter looked good, this mother who received a lifetime achievement award is also determined to steal the show as one of the wearers of this year’s best American Music Awards red carpet looks! With her flaring huge headpiece, black gown and silver shoes, she definitely had her own moment under the spotlight.

Kelly Rowland looked so flawless, sexy, and sophisticated in her black Galia Lahav gown! Everything about it is just perfect, from the half-mesh, half-velvet bodice, the sheer balloon sleeves, and of course, the criss-cross deep neck design lined with intricate embroidery.
Pink wore a strapless ‘50s inspired layered tulle gown by Monique Lhuillier that she creatively paired with her signature pink bouffant hairdo and accessories by Narcisa Pheres, Le Vian, and Spallanzani.

Who is more likely to rock and shock at any party than the mother monster herself? She almost let go of her usual avante-garde style by wearing a simple, minimalistic black strappy bodycon dress by Alaia. But being the queen of extra, she also wore huge black killer platform heels, also from Alaia. Her outfit is the artist’s way of paying tribute to her recently deceased designer and friend, Azzedine Alaïa.

The young singer and actress totally owned her red carpet moment in a tuxedo-style, raised shoulders coat and black pants by Mugler complete with smoky eyes, Bulgari jewelry, a sleek wet-look hairstyle, and metallic manicure. Everything about her look is so powerful!

The singer wore a custom-made off-the-shoulder black gown with gold sequin accents by Christian Siriano. The gown made her look nothing short of magical and mysterious. And those blood red lips are the perfect finishing touch!

Jenna Dewan looked like a modern celestial goddess that bestowed us humans her presence in her luxuriously seductive sheer gold-and-silver-striped gown by Julien MacDonald that she wore with a pair of equally mystical Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.

Ashlee showed up proudly in a disco gown by Christian Siriano, which is the perfect outfit to celebrate the lifetime achievement award of her mother-in-law. Instinctively, we might think the gold jewelry seems to be over-the-top but somehow she pulled it off!
