Kiss the ceiling

Kiss the ceiling

Rotate your head upward. Then purse your lips like you do when you kiss someone. Hold that position for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise for 15 times. This simple method can help tone and tighten neck and chin muscles.

Stick your tongue out

Stick your tongue out

Open your mouth wide. Stick your tongue out slowly over the count of five. Do this as far out as you can. Slowly return the tongue into your mouth. Do the exercise for 10 times.

Tilt the head towards the ceiling. As you do, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Do it forcefully. Keeping the position of your tongue, lower your chin to your chest as far as you can without moving your upper back. Do 2 sets of this exercise. Do 20 reps for each set.

Tilt the head and look towards the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward. You should feel a stretch in your chin when you do. Hold that position for 10 counts. Relax jaw and go back to starting position. Repeat the movement 9 times more.

While sitting or standing straight, pout your lips by sticking out the lower lip as far as possible. Hold the position for a few seconds. While maintaining the position of your lower lip, bring your chin closer to your chest without moving your upper back. Hold the position for a few seconds. Go back to original position and repeat the movements for 10 times.

Move your face forward while gently slapping your jaw using the back of your hand. Do this for 30 seconds.

Stand or sit straight. Slowly rotate your head with your chin leading the movement. Move your chin as far as possible from one shoulder to the other. Do 10 sets for each direction.

Try to touch your nose using your lower lip. This way it will stretch the muscles around the jaw and chin. Repeat the same for at least 10 times.
