They agreed to get married to serve both of their interests. Unfortunately, a U.S. immigration agent doubted the truthfulness of their marriage and scheduled them for interrogation. 6. (500) Days of Summer (2009)
The story presents itself on a jumping timeline narrated from Tom’s (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) perspective. Tom is an architect working on a card greeting card company. Summer, her boss’s new assistant caught her attention, and he started pursuing her. Summer is not a fan of real relationships and placed her relationship with Tom always at the edge. The narrative jumps from different days of their relationships to show the highlights of what had happened in the past.

Nancy (Lake Bell) is 34 years old and is still single. Her sister advised Nancy to make herself available and try the outside life. After a failed blind date, Nancy lost her faith in relationships. On the 40th anniversary of their parents, Nancy is bound to London to pay them a visit. On a train ride, she encounters a Jessica who is about to meet a blind date. Nancy, being reluctant to her new company, decided to be rude to her. Upon disembarking, Jessica left her book and went on. Nancy tried pursing her but is stopped by Jack (Simon Pegg). Jack mistaken Nancy as Jessica because she is lugging the book that identifies Jessica! Nancy hesitantly played along and took Jessica’s identity. As the story unfolds, the two eventually clicked and enjoyed each other’s company. The story builds up and suddenly comes a tension when Nancy was recognized by an old friend.
9. Playing it Cool (2015)
This is not an Avengers film. But hey, if you got the Cap’n and Falcon on it, it may seem like the Avengers! The story is about a man (Chris Evans) who doesn’t believe in the existence of true love, of course, until she met her (Michelle Monaghan). They met at a social party and conspired to do a naughty social experiment. This instant, he felt a connection and the possibility of true love. Unfortunately, she is already engaged! He takes matters into his hands and does his best to pursue and win her. Well, with the Cap’n and Falcon, it sounds like a superhero movie!

10. Some Kind of Beautiful (2014)
This movie may be one of the best rom com movies you’ll ever watch. This is like watching James Bond do the more gigolo stuff! The story begins as Richard Haig (Pierce Brosnan), a seasoned professor who is still a bachelor meets and dates her student Kate (Jessica Alba) and ended up marrying her when he got her pregnant. They soon moved to LA and found out that Kate is Olivia’s (Salma Hayek) sister. Olivia only happened to be Richard’s previous love interest before he went on with her bachelor life! Trouble stirred as the story progresses while Richard and Olivia rediscover their interest for each other!
