Yes, we know that there are times when you are either too tired or too lazy that you can’t afford to dry your hair before you head to bed. And for you, it’s okay. This is because your body temperature rises after taking a bath. And since your hair is wrapped in a towel, the moisture can heat up as well which may lead to headaches.
  • There’s a chance that you will get an infection.
    You may not know this but our pillows are a breeding ground for bacteria because the natural oils from our skin, sweat and dead skin cells all pile up in it. And as we all know, most bacteria thrive in moist conditions so sleeping with wet hair increases your risk of getting unwanted infection.
  • You will get split ends.
    Wet hair is fragile. Because of this, your hair will be susceptible to breakage and split ends because of the friction against the pillowcase that is produced when you turn and toss around during your sleep.
